Assignments completed successfully as AP:

1.      Taught ‘Theory of Machines’ to V DME during July – Nov 2012 with above 90% passing of students.

2.      Teaching ‘Machine Design’ to VI DME during Jan  – Apr 2013

3.      Both subjects mentioned above are taught for last 20 yrs with above 90% passing of students.

Assignments completed as COE-Diploma: ( Apr 2012 – Sept 2012)

1.      Planning for implementation of suggestions of equivalence committee such as answer book masking, two color answer books for two sections, setting of various committees as per MSBTE guidelines.

2.      Arranging of meetings of various committees as per norms.

3.      Restructuring of ‘DIPLOMA EXAMINATION RULES’ with  a reference from other polytechnics and MSBTE.

4.      Preparation of Panel of Examiners.

5.      Streamlining of Diploma examination Time-table by taking into consideration the simultaneous Degree examinations.

6.      Stock checking of seating capacity of Classrooms at institute level, considering their usage from exam point of view.

7.      Preparation of block diagram of entire institute ( floor wise ) in CAD to indicate locations of various classrooms and other important locations.

8.      Setting procedure for conducting examination of Dyslexia students as per GR and in consultation with MSBTE.

9.      Carrying out general house keeping and tidy-up work of exam section.

10.  Rearrangement of exam section layout so as to include staff seating arrangement and furniture etc.

1.      Work out of faculty strength ( department wise ) considering teaching load for generating data for filling of vacant posts.

2.      Collection of data at institute level for uploading on MSBTE website as per requirement of Academic Monitoring Committee.

3.      Providing guidelines to Diploma HODs for collecting data at departmental level for uploading on MSBTE website.

4.      Arranging syllabus related meetings for preparation of new syllabus to be implemented from July 2013.

5.      Design of Academic Calendar for Diploma stream for the calendar year Jan-Dec 2013

6.      Arranging Diploma Convocation in March 2013.
