Mr. Kholkar is a Professor of Practice, Board member, an Independent Advisor and former SVP of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). He is guiding organisations on their digital transformation journey, leveraging industry collaboration for academia to drive education excellence. He is Chair of IT/ITES committee at MCCIA. Over a career of 34 years, he has held diverse leadership roles in TCS, delivered value in building strategic business driven transformation initiatives.
During his BPS stint he managed the BFSI vertical within BPS and was the CEO & MD of TCS eServe, which was recognized as a highly successful acquisition in the IT industry. For over a decade, he managed Capital Market’s clients and was responsible for P&L of Wall Street accounts. He has been providing industry leadership to the IEEE Pune section for over 20 years and was the Section Chair for years 2018 and 2019.
He has been on the advisory / governing bodies of various institutions including his alma mater VJTI. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from VJTI. He is a Distinguished Alumnus of VJTI. He also holds executive MBA degree in Business Management, Marketing and Related Support Services from Stephen M. Ross School of Business TGELS, University of Michigan. He has joined COEP Technological University as Professor of Practice in August 2024 till date.
He has hold prestigious offices and positions such as Metta Social Advisory Board Member, Independent Director at Apcotex Industries Limited, Advisor at Mahratta Chamber of Commerce, Chair IT/ITES Committee, Senior Vice President at Tata Consultancy Services, Senior Vice President & Global Head of Partner Ecosystems & Alliances Vice President and Global Head of Business Process Services (BPS) & Analytics, Globally responsible for managing TCS' Business Process Services (BPS) business, Business Intelligence and Reporting Chief Architect and Deployment Manager, RBI - PDO NDS, PDO NDS was the transformation initiative taken up by Reserve Bank of India to enable the Debt Market in India.
