The International Conference on High Speed Forming (ICHSF 2027) will be hosted by Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI), Mumbai, in association with the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Goa and in partnership with the International Impulse Forming Group (I²FG). Call for Abstracts

ICHSF 2027 invites researchers, academicians, industry professionals, and students to submit original research abstracts in the field of High-Speed Forming and related technologies. Accepted abstracts will be invited for full paper submission and presentation at the conference.

Presenting Authors’ Curriculum Vitae (CV)

All presenting authors are asked to submit a curriculum vitae to the conference secretary (ichsf2027@evt.vjti.ac). The CV should include information on your academic fields of research for the chairman to give a brief introduction before your presentation.

Registration fee:

Please follow these guidelines in order to ensure the inclusion of the work in the conference program and proceedings:

• At least one author per paper must be registered for the conference.
• A registered author is allowed to submit only 1 final full paper, irrespective of the type of registration fee they paid.
• In case of authoring multiple papers, each paper must have a different author registered. But an author may present multiple papers during the conference.
• Please register at least one author as per deadline, otherwise, the work will not be included in the program (i.e., it can’t be presented) and will not appear in the conference proceedings.

If you require an official invitation letter to facilitate your visa application for attending the ICHSF conference, please contact us at ichsf2027@evt.vjti.ac and provide the following information:

Upon receiving these details, we will promptly issue a signed invitation letter to support your visa application process.

• Please note that the presentation should not exceed 15 minutes. Please strictly respect the duration.
• After each presentation, there will be 5 minutes for Q&A.
• Please prepare your presentation in 16:9 format. You are free to design it according to your preferences; there is no mandatory template.
• All presenters must upload their presentation before the session starts using the following link. We encourage you to send your PowerPoint file before the conference. If your file is large or contains videos, please contact the organization team to arrange a cloud folder for uploading.

By Road

The campus is well connected through Mumbai’s road network and is easily accessible by taxis, app-based cab services, and BEST buses.

All contributions to the International Conference on High Speed Forming will undergo a single peer review by the members of the scientific committee. Once the reviewing process is completed, the accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings and made available through the literature server of TU Dortmund University’s library.
