About the event The Internal SIH for the software category was named Intranary and it was organized by Institute in collaboration with Google Developer Student Clubs VJTI and Community of Coders. The event began on March 25th at 9 a.m. and ended on March 26th at 5 p.m, along with the evaluation and final results. There were 156 participants from all branches and years of VJTI in total, divided into 26 teams, and hence 10 external judges were invited for evaluating these 26 teams. The CE IT department provided lunch, tea, and dinner to all participants, volunteers, faculty, and judges involved in this Hackathon, as well as security for students staying in the college overnight. Overall, the software category hackathon was organized and executed with much enthusiasm from the department and students.

Judging process There were a total of ten judges: four Academicians from prestigious colleges in Mumbai and six industry experts. As a result, five pairs were formed, each consisting of one industry expert and one professor, and 26 teams were divided into these five pairs. The judges were informed of the criteria against which the solution must be judged, and they assigned scores accordingly. We calculated the ranks by taking the average of the scores given to each team by both the judges assigned to that team.
