VJTI Convocation Function – Degree Distribution Ceremony for UG & PG students (Academic Year 2023-2024)
Reporting Time: 8:30 AM
Registration: 8:30 AM to 9:15 AM (Entry closes strictly at 9:30 AM)
- Degree certificates will be distributed only to students who confirm their presence through the following link: https://forms.gle/d1APZcb3yuezAsQ6A.
- The confirmation link will close at 5:00 PM on 20th February 2025.
- List of Eligible B.Tech Students for Convocation Ceremony
- List of Eligible M.Tech, MCA, and Ph.D. Students for Convocation Ceremony
NOTE :
- Degrees will be distributed only to students who have submitted the No Dues Certificate and ABC ID.
- Reserved category candidates must submit their caste validity certificate (if not submitted earlier) on or before 5:00 PM on 18th February 2025.
- Certificates will be distributed only to students in person on Convocation Day and not to their representatives.
Dress Code :
- Boys: Plain white shirt (full sleeves), black trousers, and black shoes.
- Girls: Plain white Salwar Kameez with Dupatta.
Additional Instructions :
- Carry your VJTI Identity Card for verification.
- Latecomers will not be accommodated under any circumstances.
