About The Event
On the occasion of International Yoga Day 2026, the Fitness and Wellness Club, Sports Group of VJTI, cordially invites all faculty members, staff, and students to participate in a special Yoga Session being organized to promote physical fitness, mental well-being, and a healthy lifestyle.

Time: 7:30 AM onwards
Venue: Textile Hall, VJTI Campus
Yoga is a timeless practice that helps improve flexibility, concentration, stress management, and overall health. In today’s fast-paced academic and professional environment, dedicating some time to yoga can significantly enhance our physical and mental well-being. Let us come together and embrace the spirit of “Yoga for One Earth, One Health” by participating enthusiastically in this event.
Instructions for Participants:
- Please come on an empty stomach. Only liquid intake (water, tea, coffee, etc.) is recommended at least 30 minutes before the session.
- Participants are requested to bring a yoga mat / bedsheet, or Turkish towel for the practice session.
- Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing, preferably a track pant and T-shirt.
Refreshments:
Light snacks and refreshments will be served to all participants after the yoga session at the venue.
