On 19th November 2022, the Electrical Engineering Department (DEE) 2nd Year students visited Hazira Port, Surat, one of the most significant ports in India known for its industrial and maritime operations. The students were introduced to the port's infrastructure, which plays a vital role in handling cargo and supporting industrial facilities in the region. Students explored the integration of advanced technologies like automation and control systems used to enhance efficiency and safety.

This industrial v isit offered students an opportunity to witness real-world applications of electrical and industrial engineering in a dynamic environment. It bridged the gap between classroom learning and industrial practices, enriching their technical knowledge and understanding.
