Diploma Convocation for Academic Year 2023-2024
Time :
- Registration: 8:00 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. in DEP-II (Entry gates will close at 8:45 a.m.)
Eligible Participants: Students who passed the final examination held in May/June 2024 for the following courses:
DME, DEE, DEInE, DCE, DTM, DCHE
List of Eligible Diploma Students for Convocation Ceremony
Dress Code :
- Boys : Plain white shirt with full sleeves, black trousers, and black shoes.
- Girls : Plain white salwar kameez with a plain dupatta.
- Note : Students not adhering to the dress code will not be allowed to enter the convocation hall.

- Deadline : Tuesday, 18th February 2025, by 5:00 p.m. (The link will close after this time).
Important Announcements :
- A list of confirmed convocation recipients will be displayed on the VJTI website (www.vjti.ac.in) on 21st February 2025 at 5:00 p.m.
- Students are required to verify their names in the published list.
Note: Students are advised to attend the event with their parents/guardians and adhere to the schedule and guidelines to ensure smooth proceedings.
